Delivery Information
UK-Standard - FREE SHIPPING for all orders over £20
For orders £20 and under, standard 2-3 days shipping is £2.50. If you require Next Working Day Delivery in the UK, the charge if £4.99 regardless of order value if ordered before 2pm. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
For most UK orders, we use Interlink Couriers, a division of GeoPost UK, to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible. For your security a signature is required for Interlink Express deliveries.
Interlink Express will email you to confirm the delivery and again on the morning of the delivery to confirm a one hour time slot that day so that you can plan your day around the arrival of your order and not wait in all day - if you have entered your mobile 'phone number at checkout, you will also receive a text alert which will indicate the 1 hour delivery window and also allow you to re-schedule the delivery date if the initial date is not convenient.
Some smaller parcels will be despatched using Royal Mail - First Class, to avoid the need for a signature on delivery. First Class deliveries should arrive next day subject to Royal Mail performing to the service standard.
For a small number of remote and offshore postcodes delivery will take slightly longer.
Ireland
Deliveries to Ireland ordered before 2pm weekdays will be despatched on a 2 day fully-tracked and signed-for service via Geo Post. The delivery charge is £8.00 for this service regardless of order size or value.

These rates are fixed regardless of order size or value up and are shipped on a signed for and fully tracked service by Geo Post:
