Ordering Errors You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click to submit your order on the final page of our online ordering process.
Delivery Charges Delivery charges may vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and any refunds will be at the discretion of Frampton Retail.
Cancellation Right Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. When goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.
Returns Policy We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (3 Months as per our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee) and in original, undamaged packaging following the procedure outlined in the Returns section of this website. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser, or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested, once it is received by us. Please consider that you have a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period. Where a refund is requested Goods will be refunded within 30 days. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
