Returns and Exchanges: We really hope you will be pleased with your purchase. But should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product. Please consider however that you have a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (3 Months as per our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee) and in original, undamaged packaging. None of the conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item? To enable us to handle your exchange or return as quickly as possible, we ask you to kindly follow these instructions:
- Pack your order using the original packaging, and with all product tags still intact.
- Fill out the form on the back of your invoice to identify your customer number, order number and date of return. Then complete the table to let us know the nature of your return. If you require an exchange please complete the relevant areas. Once complete cut along the dotted line and place the bottom section within the package to be returned. Please reseal your parcel securely.
- Affix the peel-off return Address Label (to be found on the bottom right of your invoice) to your parcel and remove or cover the original customer address label from your parcel. (Our address is West Bay Retail Limited, New Barn - Unit 3, Lower Maiden Newton Farm, Crockway, Dorchester DT2 0BY.)
- For a value less than £100 we suggest you post using standard 1st Class at your Post Office. If returning goods with a value greater than £100 we recommend that you post via Special Delivery at your post office. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office, we cannot take responsibility for items that fail to reach us or are insufficiently wrapped.
Where a refund is requested Goods will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.
